Refactoring a python API -- 2

I need an expert python developer to help me refactor an python API. The API is used for trading stocks and has a feature to run on a particular time. At present it can run only one process as stop all other process which comes after the user defined time, we need to refactor the API so that all processes can be run independently on designated time.
