Script to update PayPal orders to "shipped" via api

I need a script that will update unshipped transactions to "shipped". The script will need to use the REST API from PayPal

Credentials for sandbox environment will be provided
What you will need to do
- Create a script to make test transactions in sandbox, which are not shipped). This is only to test in the sandbox as there are no transactions there.
- Create a separate script to search for unshipped transactions. This one will be modified by me to work in the production environment.
- Update the shipping_Status to "Shipped" for those transactions (you will not know the transaction id, these will need to be found. Ex: unshipped transactions over the past 30 days)
- Output transaction id and success/failure onscreen (console)
The script can be written in Python or Golang. you can use any available packages that exist for either language.
