I need to convert up to 2GB XML files to CSV Files using an "R" script. The data is available publicly and I can give example of output. Deliverable will be R script and possibly slight tutorial on how to run the script if I can't figure it out. I have programming background and do some simple data manipulations with R now. Typical design would be for me to offer an input file path and output file path and run the script. File is about 122000 rows with 208 columns approx. Must work on these large XML files that are 1.7GB approx.
