Quickbooks POS 12 cannot connect to server

POS Client will not connect to server.
Need to resolver connection issue right now, Respond if you have experience with this type of issue, and can get this fix asap.
I have disabled firewalls, made sure the server is on multi user mode, pulled up the file from the remote server but no luck.
