Regex function - parse a column of values

I have a column containing around 8000 of values The column describes a volume of alcohol bottle. The job is to parse the column and reduce to new columns: 1. Clean volume 2. is no. of bottles >1 For the cleaning regex there are several rules but it easier to show an example of the first 100 values, I attached an example of the parsing in the attached file The output should be a file with the 2 columns filled. This is a onetime run no need to build a tool to auto run it - once the data is cleaned i release the payment
