Looking for a freelancer to create a simple model of 3 meeting rooms. We are an audiovisual company and will only use these models for confirming sightlines, so they can be generic in terms of finish. We only need to show doors, windows, 1-2 TV screens, conference table, and seating. I will forward either photos and dimensioned sketches or pdf floorplans for each space. The largest of the 3 rooms is 40' x30'. Plan to provide 3 section views for each room. Please provide a cost for these 3 rooms along with an hourly rate for additional work. We are looking to find someone that can provide these types of simple models on a regular basis.
