Create a visual for a clients new look offices

I am designing and creating new concepts for a corporate client's office. I know what I want to show them but it would be good if someone can help me create the floor plan in a 3D look so the client can see what each room will look like.
All existing spaces are being refreshed.
There is a very large space where 60 workstations will be and surrounding this space are 7 meeting rooms and a kitchen.
Two meeting rooms will have the same look, another 2 will have another look, and another 2 will also have another look. The kitchen will need to be shown with its new look.
Ideally I would like the person I choose to work on this to be in Melbourne and sit down together to work on it.
Its not to be too elaborate, even line drawings would suffice, maybe. i have photos of all furniture and features to be used.
