I'm looking for someone to design a basic building It will be Ground plus 23 floor. I work in Real Estate and we have a 30,000 square foot plot of land, we have investors who are interested, but we need to show them a basic design of the land with a building. The building has be be a quick basic design. The plot is 30,000 sqft - it's 2 plots that are 15,000 sqft each plot can have a building that is Ground + 23 floors we want 2 buildings designed on each plot the building base will 60% of the plot size so 15,000 plot = 9,000 Square foot base then G+23 floors please let me know if you can draw a quick design of a building, It doesn't have to be perfect, but it must show some quality and perhaps windows and balconies for each apartment.
