Match move footage + insert 3d model

We are a property photography and videography business in Australia, and are looking for somebody to match move drone footage and insert a 3d model of an upcoming apartment building development into the footage on an empty block of land. This project is still under discussion so the job will be available in the not too distant future. We are trying to source somebody that we can call upon when the project gets the go-ahead, as well as any other future projects like this that we do. Other requirements will include texturing and lighting the 3d model to match lighting conditions of drone footage, masking any foreground objects that intersect with the 3d apartment building as the drone orbits around the building site, as well as rendering out the project. Attached are a couple of samples we have done in-house as an example of what we are after. For the upcoming project we are looking for something more high-end and realistic from the renders. If possible we would prefer the 3d part of project to be done in Cinema 4d as we have a copy in house that may allow us to make small alterations should they be required down the track, however this is not a limiting factor. If you have the right skills and use other software than we will also consider this as we understand software packages like 3ds Max are more popular.
