I need an assistant for completing my thesis, most the theory part is done, and still 50% of the thesis in general, The whole work may takes 4 months.
I have 6-7 main tasks, now I will post the first task then if it goes in a good manner I will complete with you. Note that I will pay till 1700 $ for the whole work. For the first task, it's easy and straight forward and it will shows me the skills you have.
The first task is completing a missing data in excel sheet from exciting papers that I will share.
Abstract :
Requirements engineering is one of the earliest software engineering domains to emerge and develop within the past four decades. A massive amount of research has shaped the way it functions today. Requirements engineering is concerned with how requirements may be related to business objectives, software architecture, and testing and validation. In order to achieve the successful development of a software product, requirements expressed by various stakeholders must be prioritized due to resource constraints. Requirement prioritization is an important part of requirements engineering but is sometimes overlooked or performed in an ad hoc way. Without a well-planned prioritization process for the requirements presented by various stakeholders, a product usually fails or faces challenges in meeting its objectives. Researchers introduced several requirements prioritization techniques over the past years, but the techniques, as applied in software projects, have many limitations. In this research, we propose a new approach for requirements prioritization based on the best existing techniques augmented with data fusion to improve the performance of the RP process and provide better results. To evaluate the proposed approach properly, we intend to use the RALIC dataset.
The main tasks:
1- Determine 3-4 techniques from Requirement Prioritization techniques table in terms of performance followed with ( explanation of each one and a paragraph why we did choose these techniques to be fused)
2- Applying each technique to the mentioned data set to get a prioritized list for each technique.
3- Analyze the results from the previous step.
4- Determine which methods from data fusion methods are suitable to egument all gained lists to generate one powerful list ( explanation of each one and a paragraph why we did choose these methods to be used).
5- Final task will be the evaluation which will use one of the metrics mentioned in the proposal compared with the final list from the data set.
