This Report gave a brief Training introduction on the Description of the Experience in Hotel Kitchen department. I almost did not know anything about this Hotel before I decided to go there, and I attend the kitchen section and it‟s very busy place in this hotel. I was there to realize 6-month internship training at the Grand Hotel. My internship was about the creation of Kitchen department. I had to realize this application from the very beginning that means that I had to do the analysis part to figure out what is going to be needed and how to organize everything to make it works. There is a grad opportunity to learn how to do this work and work responsible, and duties and also how can arrange their job environment. I studied most recipes and cutting methods, cooking methods and o got more knowledge in this industrial training opportunity.
