HERE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide administrative and personal support.
2. Perform services like data entry and bookkeeping.
3. Prepare written communication, conduct business research, and proof read documents and other secretarial duties.
4. Check emails.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1. Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools. Broadband Internet connection!
2. Great communication skills and ability to multitask and take on multiple projects.
3. Great computer skills, good organizing and planning skills.
4. Ability to understand, and execute written and verbal instructions. Excellent understanding of German (Writing as well!). Attention to detail a must.
5. Must be reliable, honest, genuine, think outside the box.
6. Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
