My client is interested in competing in the delivery management industry. As a first step, I'd like help creating a wire frame and requirements document for the most common features in the two main products in this space - [login to view URL] and Service Titan.
First step will be to do research, and find all the major features currently offered by each company. Then you will lay out the features so we can make sure we are on the same page.
Finally, you will lay out wire frames for all these features, including any administration pages. These can be very basic HTML, like bootstrap, or even just Microsoft Word, so long as they will be able to be edited later, when I go through and update requirements with my client later.
