I am a great candidate for this position. I bring with me 19+ years of senior level administrative and executive support at a VP and Presidential level. I worked in many industries including aviation, communications, oil and gas, and seismic. I have over 3 years’ experience working directly with SAP and sit at a master level user. I also am highly skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and sit at a master level user with these applications as well. In my capacity as an Executive assistant, I have supported 3 executives and their leads (12 in total) simultaneously and feel I had greatly mastered the skill of time and organizational management. In my roles I have handled calendar management, meeting facilitation, budget and organizational flow charts, maintained high levels of confidentiality, as well as handling all events such as trade shows and internal events. I am also skilled at completion and analysis of expense reports, entering time sheets into SAP, and other reporting functions. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management which I feel directly assists me in my role as an Executive Assistant.
