This is commission pay job and the remote employee is paid by percentage; for instance, you bring me client that
wants to mobile app development for his business and he is ready to spend 40,000$ on his app -
that means you that you earned yourself 15% of his budget + bonuses that will be discussed personally with you
after NDA contract signing.
