Postion Overview:  At MCA, thousands of customers are now earning a part time or full time income referring others to join our Motor Club. Unlike most Motor Clubs, MCA invest 100% of it’s advertising cost directly into it’s members. MCA does not invest in radio, television, print, or internet advertisements. Word of mouth advertising & social media applications are the chosen formats and it makes our customers happy to have extra income coming in by simply sharing our benefits with others.  As a Independent Sales Associate, you will provide routine service support to other MCA customers through enrollment. In addition, Independent Sales Associates are MCA members as well.  This opportunity offers the ability to work remotely from home full-time following successful completion of New Associate Orientation (Day 1) through online-based training. This position offers: Competitive commission earnings every Friday. WEEKLY EARNING POTENTIAL  01. Membership Sold = $80.00  02. Memberships Sold = $160.00  03. Memberships Sold = $240.00  04. Memberships Sold = $320.00  05. Memberships Sold = $410.00 ($2.00 bonus per member)  10. Memberships Sold = $840.00 ($4.00 bonus per member)  15. Memberships Sold = $1,290.00 ($6.00 bonus per member) Opportunity to earn up to $1000 per month in performance-based incentives A robust training program Requirements for success in a virtual, work at home role include:  Work Space –Must be able to provide a dedicated, confidential work space which includes a door that can be closed for privacy when undergoing training.  Multitasking – Ability to navigate or toggle many social media applications and maintain chat conversations simultaneously.  Virtual Capabilities – Must have a dedicated Internet/WiFi service and the minimum a smartphone to provide customer communications and member enrollment. Familiarity with various social media applications is a must.  Active Membership – Independent Sales Associates are required to maintain MCA membership in order to receive ongoing Associate training support and weekly commissions.  Membership: Only $39.90 to get started and $19.95 per month – 24/7 Motor Club Protection  Refunds and Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. Full refunds must be requested within 72 hours of starting your membership. Partial refunds are granted when requested within 30 days.  As a Independent Sales Associate, you will be assigned a Sponsor who is your also your virtual Team Leader. That sponsor who will contact you within 24 hours after your membership has processed.
