Job Description: • You’ll be logging into a web-based auto-dialer application to make outbound selling calls. The system dials one number after another for you. This will save you a lot of time and will allow high productivity. • Follow communication “scripts” when handling selling. Identify customers' needs, clarify information. Seize opportunities to upsell products. • A script will be supplied and workflow will be detailed at the start of the engagement. All telemarketers will have a full training program before the calling begins. Requirements: • Experience in Sales, Telemarketing. • Must love phone work! • Excellent communication skills and command of the German language (slight accent is fine). • Dependable high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL) during the duration of your shifts. If you are someone easy to talk to, skills on the phone, persistent and have the ability to efficiency in short time, we would like to hear from you.
