I have a calling experience of more then thirteen years and called customer's from UK,US and Australia,I worked for many Big Brands in UK,US and Australia.I also worked for US Solar company for there residential and Community Solar customer's. I also have a team of good callers with great international calling experience

I have 3+ years experience mainly phones. I have a strong Customer Service call handling skills. I work with less supervision, keen to details and accuracy.

Call centre operation should follows prospect active time. The best time to call is between 1000-1730, in between these time, people will not take the call as nuisance. On top of that, the call should be divided into 3 attempts, which morning, evening and tomorrow. If the prospects are still did not answer, then proceed to next customers. Talk time should be around 2Hrs 45min to make sure all call are attended and meet the requirements.

I have an outstanding communication skill, and I have done some telemarketing to promote Nilai University computing programmes when teaching there. I believe this is something I can perform well on. Relevant Skills and Experience Call and/or meet potential students (or their parents) who have the interests in the computing field and consult them on the different types of programmes offered based on their interests.
