Hi, I have worked with fitness consultant to help them promote their online programs, so I have a suggestion here. Instead of making it sound like a general fitness program, that anyone can use anywhere in world, let's design some specific core programs, focused on specific audience. For eg. let's start with Australian audience itself to sell our online programs, since you're from Australia as well so their affinity will be higher to opt for your programs.
The matter of the importance is that we must sound like having specific programs, so various needs, and type of clients, so that the conversion rate could be better. General sounding programs, usually tend to be not so good, in my experience.
But anyway I would want to speak to you deeper, before advising you something concrete on lead generation strategy.
One more thing, you said you have a large social media following, so I suggest we shall start promoting to our existing audience, and then scale it further from there, for better results, and relevance.
