I want someone to find companies that have active call center projects going on with 3-25 agents in their center. By call center i mean any company that needs a phone solutions (i.e. customer support team, sales team) that are in front of a computer making a large volume of calls per day. They are usually just putting in place a brand new system, or replacing an existing PBX/cloud solution. Requirements: 3 or more agents, no more than 25 Can be anywhere in the world, U.S. and Canada preferred They are looking for a contact center solution or CTI integration into their CRM Goals: Find an open contact center project Make sure it meets the above requirements find the decision maker or influencer Get me in contact

I have a calling experience of more then fifteen years and called customer's from UK,US and Australia,I worked for many Big Brands in UK,US and Australia.I also have a team of good callers with great international calling experience intelesales,telemarketing,appointment setting and customer service,Virtual Assistant. I used to do to lot of data maintaining like making sheets of daily productivity of Team members,preparing the SLA and TAT reports and responsible to make weekly report for the higher management.I also have a team of good data entry agent who worked on many International projects.
