A new partnership has developed and RM Speaks are seeking Recruitment / Sales Consultants to work on a commission only basis while the partnership blossoms.
Reporting directly to the Director you will use your sales abilities to promote the recruitment advertising services of our partner, in return for a modest commission per sale.
You will need to use your skills and persuasion to get yourself in contact with the key decision makers of organisations and be aware, that sales are not instant but are about forming a trusting long-term relationship with the end result of securing the sale. We will provide leads to you, however if you have pre-existing leads you are more than welcome to use those too.
As a self- employed position, you will choose when you work and how often you work and are free to undertake other employment.
We do however require you to represent our company and our partner in a professional manner, due to the nature of the calls, you would need to choose your working hours between 9am to 5pm UK time in order to get in contact with potential clients. How often you work however, is up to you.
Previous experience in this area is advantageous, an excellent command of English is essential.
