We would like to write a script that can utilise various different users Outlook 365 contacts and pull them together, combining them into one database that can highlight discrepancies and double ups and identifies the individuals who's Outlook 365 account the contact originated from. All the users would be connected on the same server. This would not need to be automatic, but would instead be run say monthly, and then any changes could be highlighted so we could update the individuals contacts within Outlook - unless there is an even better way of doing this? Open to suggestions. All this is to be conducted whilst maintaining our clients utmost confidentiality and data security. Also, would be open to suggestions as to how to categorize the contacts, ie personal vs business so that the database is purely professional.
