Our Internet Marketing division is looking to outsource the task of link building on behalf of several of our SEO clients.
We need an EXPERIENCED link building team to create 250 to 500 backlinks per client project on an ongoing basis.
PR4 + higher RELEVANT one way non-reciprocal links only!
We want highly relevant permanent backlinks from quality websites that are guaranteed to stay live to our client website's themes (Ex; Lawyers, Insurance Agents, Construction Materials, Real Estate Agents, etc...).
Link quality, based on content theme, PR and geography is of the utmost importance to us.
We will provide link text, URL and description.
Our guidelines:
- We require white hat techniques only.
- Absolutely no black hat or grey hat tactics.
- Sites have to be 3 Years old at least.
- Links must be strictly from: Google PR4+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count)
- Free one-way manual links.
- No subdomains, back links must be on a www.
- Links should be from English speaking websites
- Links must be permanent and static HTML.
- You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.
- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites.
- No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories.
- No links from "under construction" pages.
- No sites which ask for money later.
- No links from rel=nofollow or noindex tagged for pages themselves and for anchor text
- No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
- No use of automated software or bots.
- NO PING SITES
- No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash
- We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
- Detailed Excel file to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs once work is finished to be checked
-You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet : Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Page Title, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed.
