We are looking to enlist the services of an experienced Virtual Assistant.
This is an ongoing role that requires the successful applicant to possess the following skill and experience:
1. Website content upload.
2. Website content edits.
3. Social media content development and posting
a. Informational links on industry
4. Monthly check on all client websites to ensure plugins are up-to-date and website is working properly
5. Help with compiling monthly Google Analytics reports for clients
1. Exceptional English Skills both written and verbal.
2. Must be able to work up to 10 - 15 hours per week - Australian Time Zone (Non-negotiable).
3. Must be able to produce a weekly report of ALL tasks completed or in progress.
4. Must record tasks in process management tool called Wrike
5. Must be open to understanding how business works and how clients are set up
6. Must know WordPress and it’s plugins including:
a. Visual Composer
b. Yoast SEO
I've had vast experience in content/product uploading through my stints in eCommerce management. Some of the platform that I've been working with includes Magento, WordPress and Shopify.
