We can add a Javascript to read the Shopify store JSON to get the store's URL and it will ping a specific API to send you the message that which store is using your store. The difficult part here is, this code will usually execute each time someone loads the website so you will be flooded with notification, to overcome this we should host some code separately that filters the pings and send you only the notification once for the specific store. I have a good knowledge in the LIQUID code that Shopify stores are built with and HTML, CSS, javascript, and API, so I know how the Shopify theme code works, I can program this for you.
