Help with Recruitment

Hello everybody, My name is Nikolay Tsonev and I am the project manager for a company called BJM Global Marketing. We are currently in the process of creating a global social media marketing team, which will be able to popularize any product and will help any company, which wants to brand their name globally. Now, I personally am in the process of hiring regional managers who will be responsible for finding, sorting out and contacting potential candidates (freelance social media marketers) in specific locations that I am going to provide. We are trying to build a global social media marketing team and it is hard for me to do this all by myself. So, we decided to split up the work a little bit and hire managers, responsible for certain destinations, provided by me, as they will have to advertise our job of "Recruiting Social Media Marketers" on freelance websites, online job boards, social media, by posting free classified ads and any other variants that you may choose to use.
