Need somebody to build me a promotional video to be used as a Facebook/Instagram ad. It will showcase an iOS app that I've created.

I recently made a mobile application for iOS. I made my own video ad, but it is low quality and it is not gathering nearly enough engagement. I have a Facebook ad campaign to drive app installs, but the cost per install (amount spent/app installs) is over $10 (this value should be between $0.25 and $1.00, ideally). I need somebody to create a video ad that will grab the user's attention and make them excited to install the app. The app allows people to see what is going on in their area, and is geared ideally towards college age students. The ad needs to be extremely exciting and grab users' attention. I'm willing to pay a couple hundred USD for this project, but it needs to be of the highest quality.
