When the Employer wants to post the job he has to buy some Job package to post jobs. This is is similar to Monster or Naukri websites. There are 4 types of packages which you have to sell to future employers or recruiters Free Package = 1 Job = 10 days 1000 Rs Bronze package = 30 Days = 5 Jobs 2500 Rs Quarter package = 90 Days = 15 Jobs 5000 Rs Golden = 180 days = 45 Jobs 10,000 Rs Platinum = 365 days = 120 Jobs You are responsible to sell these packages to recruiters and employers . The payment is 50% of the package. Example if you sell a package of 10,000 Rs you will receive 5000 Rs. If you sell a 1000 Rs Package you will receive 500 Rs.
