I need a Visual Basic .NET application developed in Visual Studio 2017. Must be able to supply the source / project file for me to compile and modify. I need to run at a command prompt, it does the SOAP call, and displays the result of one line. I have the WSDL URL (https:// ) I have the Soap call in SOAP UI and it works successfully I need to write a program to do this - and need you to start it for me. I can do the rest once I see it working - I am having problems setting namespace and dimensioning things correctly. For the experienced - its probably a 20 minute job - for me I have tried for days off and on....
