Arduino Sketch - Push Button

I need an Arduino sketch that will do the following: I have 13 push buttons and 13 LED's. I need a sketch that will allow me to push button 1 and have LED 1 turn on and stay on until button 1 is pushed again. I need each button to act independent of the other. Meaning that regardless of what button is high or low that any of the other buttons could be pushed to activate the LED. I need to have debouncing integrated into the sketch. I need the sketch built with arrays or formatted in a way that I can add additional buttons & LED's as needed. This is a very simple script for the right person.
