Bluetooth Tag Identification

I need you to develop some software for me. I need an application that has two functional capabilities, Bluetooth HOST scanner and Bluetooth GUEST device. It should be compatible to Android, iOS, Windows, Black Berry OS and Symbian among others The application loaded on any device may have dual roles (HOST and/or GUEST roles). It should work in the following manner 1. The HOST will be activated by a click on “Search Guest” button on the app to initiate scanning for Bluetooth devices 2. The GUEST will be activated by a click on “Send my ID” button on the app to scan for Bluetooth devices 3. The HOST will display name tags transmitted from nearby Bluetooth devices 4. The person operating the HOST device will select and connect with only one of the GUEST devices 5. The HOST device with built in GPRS/GSM transceiver, will employ Bluetooth remote SIM Access Profile (rSAP) identification to extract the mobile number (MSISDN) and subscriber name tag. This data will be saved to a temporary storage 6. If GSM rSAP identification fails, the mobile number and name tag will not be extracted 7. Irrespective of the outcome in 5 or 6 above, the link will be dropped/disconnected by the HOST instantly and Bluetooth turned off at the GUEST device. 8. The mobile number will be interfaced with a third-party application Initial Proposed use of the app To enable customers to quickly supply their mobile number at a Point of Sale within a retail store to facilitate electronic payment from their e-money wallet.
