I do a lot of embedded work so this isn't hard.. will need lead time to get a board (does Amzon sell theem) .. sounds fairly similar to the one I just got from Aliexpress that has 3x gigE plus wifi .. as to "stable" I can build aginst whatever kernel tree you want and there's enough flash on that to fit mega .. although I'd suggest dd-wrt because the interface is nicer but your call. Could also do pfSense (maybe) and depending on what you've got in mind use them as SoftAPs (like the Cisco WLC system) where the radios are managed centrally .. if it's a home use thing that's irrellevelnt.
