Build a python game with the use of 2 libraries Pygame and Pyaudio

I require a code made in python with the utilization of libraries(pygame and pyaudio) ,since the code is a game of Pacman(however without any use of the actual images for characters of the game) that indicates the player through audio when any of the ghosts approaches the player or any special item shows up on the screen as well as indicating with voiceover the change in direction(ex. when turning left, have voiceover through pyaudio which states left turn) and voiceover for the menu and actions prior to the start of the game.
