Programming Language The freelancer can choose to use either Python or Java. Freelancer is to let the employer know of their choice.

Hi, I have 5+ years of experience as a python developer. I have the following suggestion / approach regarding your project * For the backend development we can go ahead using any good python based web framework like Flask or Django. * The font end here seems to be very simple, with the user just uploading the input files or any other type of inputs and showing the results. This can easily be achieved with a little bit of jaavascript We can deploy the app on AWS or any other service comfortable to you. The only thing is that AWS itself provides load balancing and elasticity services where the EC2 instances are consistently checked for health and the task is automatically allotted to the fittest one. Also we can setup our own load balancing solution using nginx. I can give you more insights once I get to know the details more. Please feel free to discuss. Thanks.
