Code me a Remote Administration & Management Program

I am looking to create a Remote Administration & Management Program, coded in a native language. This program will be marketed by my registered company to other companies as a way to easily manage a large amount of computers from a central PC. The program will have to combine a number of features such as: - Execute remote powershell commands - Execute remote bash commands - Execute remote CMD commands - Download & Execute - Update client - Uninstall client - Show info - Keylogger - ScreenLogger - Webcam Capture - Microphone Capture - Remote File Manager - Remote Desktop - Process Manager - Power options What's important with this project is that the program is functional, stable, easy to use and of course it has to look good as well. I want this to be coded in a native language (C++ or Delphi) and for the GUI I think QT would be best, but I'm open to idea's. What's also important is that I want the program to be built as a frame with only essential functions such as power options and update/uninstall there. Features such as remote desktop, loggers and more are standalone files that can be added into the program via a plugin system. This because things like capture features are not always needed. Finally I want to make it very clear that this program is only to be used for legal purposes. I realize that programs similar to what I described (RAT) have been used for malicious purposes. This is something I do NOT want. This is why I also want you to implement a system where I can monitor the users of the product and if they break the agreement of my product and the company behind it, I can ban their license and uninstall all their servers. Just to be clear, I've talked with Freelancer staff before posting this program, who have instructed me to post it with clear intentions and notify me when posted, which I have done as well now.
