Create 7 forum functionalities in a web application. Show data without refresh web page.

I am software developer, but I have no experience with Spring Boot and java script framework. I need to finish the prototype soon. I need -> Implement REST with Spring Boot in a web application. ->Create callbacks using (I prefer) Vue.js (or JQuery) -> Create one ore two data service to get cake graph data -> Update the service to get answers for an opinion for 7 functionalities In forum: 1) Indentations between answers (or show the answers in a structure way) 2) Voting opinion or idea as positive and change the total positive amount without refresh the page and the same to negative and interesting vote. Adding or updating it to database. 3) Add an answer in the same page (like as Facebook do it or [login to view URL]) and add it in database 4) Answer from a Reply link and write in database. 5) Edit an answer without refresh the page. Do it the changes in database. 6) Remove answer without refresh the page (like as Facebook do it). 7) Do a cake graph showing positives, negatives and interesting votes from a debate Note: The source code is store in bit [login to view URL] using Git
