Create system mdadm on sda1 and clone system image from sda2

We had to remove a Adaptec Raid card from a remote server in DataCenter where disks were in RAID1. After that, techs connected both 1TB Samsung Pro840 disks directly to the motherboard. We have now system mounted on sdb1 and data on sda1. We need to create a system mdadm in sda1 and after that create an mdadm RAID1 with both system and data partitions. Thanks.
