Design a plugin for OBS to be used on chaturbate live stream

Hey there! What I'm looking for is for someone that makes a plugin for me, and the props to it too, that do the following things: - To show in realtime when someone tips, it's name and the amount. - When someone tips 100 tokens to a special sound and show to shine in the screen - When someone tips 1000 tokens the plugin must show to celebration firework in the screen and to a special sound unique for this tip amount. - goals Somehow, like very similar to twicht and streamlabs (check this out in case of need inspiration) These are the simple request, the plugin must work all the livestream.
