I need a .tcl scipt rewritten into a python. This script needs to have script to script communication, which allows the receiving script to send a message to a specific channel. This script will also take IRC trigger commands and save the specified information into a MySQL / Maria database.

The successful candidate needs to have tcl and python experience.

TCL script will be provided.
