Hi All, I am trying to create a billing Excel program. Where by my staff can copy and paste the data that is extracted from another program and it will automatically create the correct CVS file that I need with everyone's correct details. What I am envisaging is that once the formulas are correct we can simply press the RUN button and a macro will run the sheet and spit out the forms that I need. Below is a breakdown of the sheet. Sheet 1 - Is where the raw data is pasted every week Token Data - This sheet does not get touched once it is set up completely CSV File - This is the sheet which will create the CSV file I need for the bank upload Working Sheet - I originally set this up to extract all the raw data that is needed from Sheet 1. Only issue is here is that I have blank rows which I am unsure how to get rid of. Working Sheet 2 - Is where I am combining all the data. Summary Report - Just a summary of the weeks payments totals etc... I have not yet done anything with this. CSV Meanings - This is a definition sheet for the CSV file Sheet (more internal for me) Where I am getting stuck at the moment is; 1. that I am trying to cross reference two types of data to then spit out the token number, customer reference's etc.... See Working Sheet 2. 2. I need to remove the blank rows in the sheet automatically. What I am trying to do is set up the template. You need realise that every week the raw data will change, and periodically the Token sheet will also be updated. Please put in your bids to fix my 2 issue. I need this completed straight away. Attached is where I have got up to so far.
