I'd like to hire a programmer who can write a simple program to load dxf format file(for AutoCAD), view on graphical panel , edit and save it with the same as original filename.

It is necessary for user to be able to add only five primitive shapes(like line, circle, rectangle, arc and ellipse) on drawing panel to edit dxf drawing by using mouse pointer.

I am happy to pay a fixed price of 30-250 USD for this work, and I don't have enough time for the negotiation.

The program interface should have buttons, they are as followings:

Open (for loading and viewing dxf file on graphics panel)

Save(for saving contents changed with editing as the same name as original filename)

Line-Drawing line on drawing panel

Circle-Drawing circle on drawing panel(means graphical panel)

...

Ellipse- Drawing ellipse on drawing panel

Note:

I recommend a programmer to use netDxf library. This is an open source written into C#.
