Implementing Firebird 3.0 Database encryption in Delphi and Linux

I am looking for somebody to create a working example of database encryption that is now available in Firebird 3.0. There are 2 parts to this project 1) Creating Firebird plugins cryptDB and keyholder. The code MUST be in Delphi (XE2 max version). Note: the trivial example included with Firebird is adequate (I already got that working) but I need a Pascal example for the keyholder plugin with the callback function to retrieve the encryption key from the client. 2) A Delphi client app that connects to the Firebird database and interfaces with the Firebird Callback function to provide the encryption key. This MUST be written in Delphi using FIB components for database access. 3) The plugin for encryption also should be made in linux in order to be use on a linux server (CENTOS 7) with firebird 3 installed, in order to made database accessible from PHP server pages. A PHP script with the firebird callback function to provide the encryption key will be needed also.
