JAVA based scada software design

Project Description: Look at the following link [login to view URL] This is a scada system writen in Java. Using this software we can control real time and monitor real time sensors. Look at the following link for mannual. [login to view URL] Basically, it is a web based java application (using tomcat) with mysql. It collects real time data using modbus/tcp or OPC protocl, and play with this. I know core Java, servlet, jsp, and basics of MVC. I also know basic modbus/tcp protocol. This is my college project. I have to make this application with java coding from the starting, and should be able to explain to my sir. What you have to do: 1. Download the software from [login to view URL] , install it and see its fuctionality. ([login to view URL] .....These are some youtube videos.) 2. You have to explain me the software architechture, functionality of each directory, and files, and explain me the java codes, so that I have an overall idea of the whole project and I can start the project with confidence. (OPC part is not required to explain) 3. If you dont know, modus/tcp, that I can explain you theoretically, but you have to explain me programs.
