Looking for windows application developer

Hello I have developed similar system about 1 year ago, but it stores emails and attachment in database instead printing, but I think it's not a problem..

I have delivered many windows programs. let me know once back so that we can go over more specifics of the project. i am ready to deliver fast. this is 3 days work maximum

Are there specific domains/providers that require more attention while testing, like GMail? Any requirements regarding user interface, do you have mockups? What are the file types that need to be supported (for printing), i.e. known image file types: png, jpg, gif, tif etc.

If I understand you, you'll need software which monitors the input of several e-Mail accounts. Or should it watch also the output? Which attachement formats should be printed? Pdf? doc? docx? I am very knowledgeable in windows app development and could do this idea very easily. Depending on how big the project is i could do this in a couple of weeks. I am only available to work after 3:15 on every week day as i have school. I can make your app look very nice if you want and you can give me some design specifications but as far as the programming and developing goes i am more than capable of making this windows app. Also i would do this job for far less than this amount of money although you have set a minimum of $250.
