MSSQL Interface

I am not sure how to word this so sorry for the difficulties. I have a program that I will let the now defunct developers describe: 'SMSRC is a program that reads incoming short messages from a cellular phone and, for each message, executes the actions that you specified. Unlike other popular desktop SMS utilities, its main purpose is to handle incoming messages and send outgoing ones without any human intervention.' I wrote a bunch of instructions for this many years ago and have not modified them for a long time. It just works. It runs on two independent servers. Now there is better hardware available but that sends every message (SMS) multiple times for redundancy. This is annoying. I cannot stop it at the hardware level but I am fairly confident there will be a way to stop in in software. I envisage something like: TOK and TGA are server names TOK receives any message sends message to TGA containing "Temp, Sender, Message Content" i.e. Temp, +12345678, Ring TGA TGA writes "Sender, Message" to temp table (WHERE FIRST WORD = TEMP write message to [%TEMP%] i.e. +12345678, Ring TGA then pauses five minutes (WHERE FIRST WORD = TEMP pause five minutes) TGA then deletes the record from temp table (WHERE FIRST WORD = TEMP Delete the message from [%TEMP%]) i.e. +12345678, Ring Part two TGA pauses all incoming messages three minutes Then if TGA receives a message Ring from +12345678 directly, TGA Executes save to Raw Data TGA checks if message is in the temp table. If it is TGA takes no further action. If not, it continues to execute instructions as normal. OK you can stop laughing now. Anyway, I can send a demo copy of the software for you to test instructions on.
