I request for more details (we can also discuss on chat) - sample products data, forms to be printed and saved etc. "Need a form where the user can select part and the interface / form will total the fields(such as cost)" - so you mean user will select multiple parts and totals will be shown for them? Any further functionality after displaying total - sending mail etc? Complete details will enable me to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly.
