Two Powershell scripts for a Win 10 PC

Start chrome at the url "inspireprepay.net.nz.index-pp" and enter a login and password. If you log in to this url you are automatically at the username entry field. username and password are "[url removed, login to view]@[url removed, login to view]" and "ianian"

In Win 10 go to "settings" and turn on the wireless hotspot. There is no need to enter site details because win 10 remembers them from previous access. I tried netsh commands but they did not work. Turning on the hotspot from the UI did work .....
