Service application node.js , query on Oracle DB, create files on shared folder

- Data source Database type: oracle 11 (or higher). - The database is already existing and with data inside. - Server environment: windows server 2012/2016. - Development on dedicated vps server. - All phases of preparation and configuration of the Set up of Development Environment must be fully documented. The source code must be documented and commented. - Backend app node.js - No user interface required. - The application will have to become a windows service ( [login to view URL] ) - Application algorithm: 1. Run a query every 30 seconds, read the records of a table with a control field = 0 2. If there are records, create two text files in a shared folder. o First file must contain some values retrieved from the query just executed.
