windows desktop software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows objective of the software. we already have website where user register login etc. needed a windows software where user can login in software using existing details. api will be provided. user can login from one machine in single time. for eg. at night I was logged in this software from my home pc and in morning I logged in this software from my office pc then it must be auto log out from my home pc at same time if pc on if pc is off then when I start the software then it must be logged out. means no simultaneous login at same time. what this software will do? this will save last typed word from keyboard. for eg. case 1 . if I type what is software. then it will save only the last word i.e. software. case 2 . if I type what is software ? then it should save ?(last word is question mark). now I hope you understood. on the dashboard of software before login there will be only basic form for login and several link to website like forgot password, register etc. and after login there will be a single box in which last word will reside. it should save from any app. I mean work for every input. either I search in chrome or typing in word excel etc. the last word which user type from keyboard should save. software can access by tray icon/menu. that's it.
