I am looking for an experienced Australian project manager to manage the process from start to finish of building custom business software for my small business. You will wear multiple hats and can provide ideas both creative and technical. I'm not looking for someone to just do as they're told - I need someone who will work with me, understand what I am trying to achieve and take my project to the next level. I want to hire someone (ideally) from Australia who is experienced in working with overseas software development agencies. You will work with me through planning, mock up, development and launch stages in conjunction with a third party overseas agency. You will keep the overseas development agency in line and ensure that they build exactly to the scope of the project. If you are part of a small but experienced team or have a network of professionals then I'm open to exploring this as an option as well. I understand that I'm not your only client however I expect you to be very responsive to emails and phone calls for the duration of the project. I am well into the planning stages of what I need and want including mock ups of screens and workflows. I need your help fleshing everything out so that we can ultimately give the project to an overseas developer to build. PLANNING: Start by defining and scoping my business software into build stages from MVP (minimum viable product) to complete solution MOCK UP: Design, through mock up and identify work flows and process in detail, planning project resources and timelines... and identifying risks DEVELOPMENT/BUILD: Create and test the software - through to live launch This is an end to end software solution that will handle every aspect of my small business. Key Usage: Sales/Marketing/Emails Client and Staff Booking Management Invoicing/Shopping Cart (Linked to Xero) Reporting/Tracking Gmail Chrome Sidebar (similar idea to prosperworks - ideally hook into an existing product that can be customised rather than building from scratch) Potential for iPhone and Android Apps in the future.
